As 2025 draws to a close, we’re celebrating one of our most exciting quarters yet. From retail growth and regional launches to festive collaborations and coast-to-coast exposure, Q4 has been full of milestones for the Macarooz team. Here’s a look at the season’s sweetest moments.
Thanksgiving is a time to slow down, gather close, and reflect on what matters most: good food, meaningful connections, and the people who make every season special. 🍂
Macarooz has officially released its Yellow Cake Rose Mac Pops at select Costco locations in Southern California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. These gluten-free, preservative-free treats are made with natural coloring and feature Macarooz’s signature macaron shell in a beautiful rose shape. Perfect for summer gatherings, celebrations, or casual snacking, the Mac Pops are also available online for those outside the Costco regions.
This blog post explores the growing shift in the food industry toward using natural coloring in desserts, driven by consumer demand and regulatory pressure in the U.S. It highlights Macarooz’s commitment to this movement, announcing that all Mac Pops are now made with natural colors and no preservatives, and that half of their macaron line has already transitioned. The brand’s goal is to have 100% of its macarons made with natural coloring by 2026, aligning with its values of quality, transparency, and mindful indulgence.
