We proudly partner with FedEx as our shipping carrier to deliver Macarooz orders across the United States.

Standard Shipping (FedEx Express: 2–3 Business Days)

• Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.
• Orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed the following business day.
• Orders placed after 10 AM CT on Wednesday, or over the weekend, will ship the following Monday.

Priority Overnight Shipping

• Orders ship Monday–Thursday.
• Orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed the following business day.

Additional Shipping Notes

• FedEx can only deliver to valid street addresses within the United States.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
• Depending on your location, transit times may vary between 1–3 business days.

For the best Macarooz experience, refrigerate your products upon arrival for at least 15–20 minutes, then allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying.

• Macarons are best enjoyed within 15 days refrigerated or up to 1 year frozen.
• Mac Pops are best enjoyed within 30 days refrigerated or up to 1 year frozen.

If freezing, please keep products in their original packaging. If not enjoyed in one sitting, store any remaining products in the refrigerator.

Your ice packs may no longer be cold upon arrival — and that’s completely normal. They are included to help keep your Macarooz products cool during transit and may naturally thaw along the way.

Once your order arrives, simply follow the Care Instructions card included in your package for best storage and enjoyment.

While we do not have control over how FEDEX handle packages during transit, we’re happy to assist with damage claims. Please email us at online@macarooz.com with your order number, photos of the external shipping box, and photos of the damaged product.

We want your experience with Macarooz to be the best possible, and we will make every effort to help resolve the issue.

Before enjoying, allow your macarons and Mac Pops to come to room temperature — about 7 minutes from the refrigerator or 30 minutes from the freezer.

Our shipping boxes and packaging are recyclable. The shipping boxes and gift boxes are made from cardboard, and our product packaging is made from BPA-free PET materials.

Mac Pops are our signature chocolate-dipped treats made entirely from handcrafted macarons — absolutely no cake involved. They feature a rich, cookie dough-like texture and are 100% gluten-free.

Yes, all the ingredients we use to make our products are gluten-free.

All of our Mac Pops are made using natural colors. Some of our macarons still use traditional food-safe colors to achieve their vibrant appearance, but we are actively working toward transitioning more of our products to natural coloring over time.

Our macaron shells are primarily made with almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and confectioners’ sugar.

Depending on the flavor, our fillings may also include chocolate, dairy (heavy cream and butter), extracts, and nuts.

Yes! Our Mac Pops are available for bulk ordering and are perfect for corporate events, weddings, dessert tables, graduations, catering, and celebrations of all sizes.

Our bulk program allows you to mix and match flavors, with up to 8 flavors per box. Each case includes 80 Mac Pops packaged in stackable, airtight, resealable trays for easy serving and display.

Our SQF certified production facility is based in Cypress, TX 77433

All Macarooz products are made in our SQF Level 2 certified facility, a comprehensive food safety and quality management system that meets strict industry standards and audit requirements.
