Shipping, Order Processing, and Delivery

We work hand-in-hand with FEDEX as our third party shipping carrier to ship all orders throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping (FEDEX 2-3 day EXPRESS):

Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays and your goodies from sitting in a courier facility for an extra two days. All orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed on the following day, and orders received after 10 AM CT on Wednesdays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.

Priority Overnight Shipping:

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. All orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed on the following day, and orders received after 10 AM CT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States; however, FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Depending on your shipping zone, the actual shipping transit time will be between 1-3 business days.

You can make any changes to your order, as long as it's not shipped yet. Please email us at orders@macarooz.com with your order number or contact us through Live Chatto request your changes.

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please email us at orders@macarooz.com with your order number or contact us through Live Chat as soon as possible to request cancellation.

For best results, please refrigerate your Macarooz products upon arrival for at least 15-20 minutes, then allow them to reach room temperature before enjoying! Your Macarooz goods are at their best during the first 15 days of delivery, or they can be frozen for up to 4 weeks in their original packaging. Make sure you store your Macarooz goods in the refrigerator if you do not finish them in one sitting.

The ice packs may no longer be cold upon arrival, and this is okay! The ice packs help our products stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your Macarooz arrives. Just be sure to follow the Care Instructions card once they arrive.

Although we have no control over how shipping couriers handle the shipping process, for damage claims, please email us at orders@macarooz.com with your order number and photographs of the external shipping box as well as the damaged product. We want your experience with Macarooz to be the best; therefore, we will make every effort to make sure it’s a good one. 

Due to our food items being perishable, we do not accept returns of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at orders@macarooz.com with your order number or contact us through Live Chat.

For the best Macarooz experience, refrigerate your macarons / Mac Pops and eat them within 15 days of delivery. You may also freeze them upon arrival for up to 4 weeks! Just be sure to let your macarons and Mac Pops come up to room temperature (7 minutes from the refrigerator and 30 minutes from the freezer) before enjoying.

Our shipping box and packaging are recyclable. The shipping box is made out of cardboard and our packaging is made out of PET materials and are BPA free. 

About Macarons & Mac Pops

Definitely! Luxury is defined as an experience and not a price point. Macarons are a luxurious experience because you savor each and every bite and you get to enjoy the various textures and flavors. Apart from these, our macarons are true to flavor - which is important when crafting these delicious sweets.

We created the world's first Mac Pops! They're made with our macarons (absolutely no cake is involved) and styled as a lollipop.

We take our baked macarons, form them into sphere balls, attach them to lollipop sticks, dip them in a coating of chocolate, and finish it off with colorful sprinkles on top.

Our Mac Pops are 100% delicious and Gluten-Free!

Yes, all the ingredients we use to make our products are Gluten Free.

Prime ingredients for our macaron shells are: almond flour, egg whites, sugar, and confectioner’s sugar. 

Our prime ingredients for macaron fillings (based on the specific flavor) are: chocolate, confectionary's sugar, extracts, dairy (heavy cream/butter), jam, and nuts. 

*Dairy & Nuts are part of every recipe. We recommend those with dairy, soy, and tree nut allergies (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts) refrain from eating our products.

Prime ingredients for our Mac Pops are: almond flour, egg whites, sugar, confectioner’s sugar, chocolate melts, cocoa powder, extracts, and dairy (heavy cream/butter). 

*Dairy & Nuts are part of every recipe. We recommend those with dairy, soy, and tree nut allergies (almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts) refrain from consuming our products.

Our SQF certified production facility is based in Cypress, TX 77433

Our products are made in our Level 2 SQF (Comprehensive Food Safety and Quality Management System) certified facility, which consistently pass the strictest audit requirements. You can read more about it here.

We currently offer our products via our online store, retail, and grocery stores. If you are located near zip code 77433, we offer pick-ups from our facility as well!
