Macarooz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, upon receipt, the quantity or quality of your order does not match what was represented at purchase, you may request a refund of the product price (excluding shipping). We will work directly with you to resolve any concerns and may offer a replacement, discount, or refund at our discretion.
Macarooz is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All refund inquiries — including concerns related to quantity, quality, missing items, or damaged packages — must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
Cancellation requests must be made before your order is baked or shipped. Once baked or shipped, refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are granted at Macarooz’s discretion.

Returns
At no time are returns or exchanges of the Macarooz product permitted. Because our product is a food item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
