Yes - our Mac Pops are naturally gluten-free, made with almond flour instead of wheat flour, and contain no preservatives.
Our Mac Pops are best enjoyed within 30 days when refrigerated or up to 1 year frozen in their original airtight packaging.
Before enjoying, allow them to come to room temperature — about 7 minutes from the refrigerator or 30 minutes from the freezer.

Yes, all of our Mac Pops are made using natural colors. Some of our macarons still use traditional food-safe colors to achieve their vibrant appearance, but we are actively working toward transitioning more of our products to natural coloring over time.
