Cancellation/Refund
Macarooz has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of your order, if the quantity or quality of the product is not as represented at the time of purchase on the website, you may request a full refund of your purchase price, minus shipping costs. Macarooz will do everything possible to resolve customer complaints by communicating directly with customer via the contact information listed in their macarooz.com account. If Macarooz is unable to resolve an issue, we will provide replacement product, discount coupons, or a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Macarooz is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Nor, is the company liable for orders that are misplaced/lost in transit. At its discretion, Macarooz may provide replacement product or a full refund for lost or damaged orders.
All cancellation requests must be submitted prior to your order being baked and/or shipped. After baking and/or orders being shipped, there are no refunds or exchanges. At its discretion, Macarooz can grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds after orders are baked and/or shipped.
All refund requests must be sent to orders@macarooz.com.
Returns
At no time are returns or exchanges of the Macarooz product permitted. Because our product is a food item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
