If you’ve never seen macarons being made, please believe that they are a lot of work! At their core macarons were originally a French creation that require a lot of human labor and input to make. Macarooz makes millions of macaron products a year. And, every batch that we make is still folded by hand. And, any member of our baking staff will tell you that folding our enormous batches by hand takes some serious muscles!
Additionally, every single macaron that we make is filled by one of our fantastic fillers! These superheroes literally fill thousands of macarons by hand from a piping bag every day!

They ensure that the products that you purchase are always the correct size, shape, weight, free from imperfections, and are filled perfectly to the edge of the macaron shells every single time. They are amazing!
Our Mac Pops add on to all of the work listed above (they are made from our macarons after all!), by adding the steps of turning the macarons into the pop form, coating them with our chocolate coating and sprinkles (a lot harder than it sounds), ensuring they look perfect, and are packaged perfectly to go to your home. This may seem like a given since macarons are supposed to be naturally gluten free due to the use of almond flour instead of wheat flour. However, we have loved ones that are gluten intolerant, and we feel strongly that it is not enough to say something is gluten free because you use almond flour.
This is why we only source gluten free raw ingredients. We also lab test our ingredients to make sure they do not contain any traces of gluten. We are audited every year by an impartial 3rd party international certification body (BRCGS) to re-certify that our production facility is completely gluten free.
Don’t take a company’s word when they say that their products are gluten free if they don’t have the lab tests and international certification to prove it.
We take our commitment to creating safe quality food for our customers incredibly seriously.
The Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification is an incredibly stringent international food safety certification that is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This certification means that we have extensive controls in place to manage food safety risks.
We focus on food safety and quality at every step in our manufacturing processes. We regularly lab test our products, work surfaces, water, and air to ensure we are in full control of any potential hazards that could occur like food borne illnesses, plastic or metal traces in our products, chemicals in our water supply, and many more issues that could occur during food production.
We are audited annually to ensure that we are maintaining these high standards. GFSI certifications like ours are currently considered to be the gold standard in food production internationally.
We work hand-in-hand with FEDEX as our third party shipping carrier to ship all orders throughout the United States.
Standard Shipping (FEDEX 2-3 day EXPRESS):
Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays and your goodies from sitting in a courier facility for an extra two days. All orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed on the following day, and orders received after 10 AM CT on Wednesdays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.
Priority Overnight Shipping:
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. All orders placed after 10 AM CT will be processed on the following day, and orders received after 10 AM CT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States; however, FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Depending on your shipping zone, the actual shipping transit time will be between 1-3 business days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Macarooz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, upon receipt, the quantity or quality of your order does not match what was represented at purchase, you may request a refund of the product price (excluding shipping). We will work directly with you to resolve any concerns and may offer a replacement, discount, or refund at our discretion.
Macarooz is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by shipping carriers; however, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All refund inquiries — including concerns related to quantity, quality, missing items, or damaged packages — must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
Cancellation requests must be made before your order is baked or shipped. Once baked or shipped, refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are granted at Macarooz’s discretion.
